Aromaterapi er en metode til styrkelse af krop, sind og ånd ved hjælp af æteriske olier. Aromaterapi har været anvendt i århundreder og benyttes eksempelvis ved massage, i bad og inhalation.
Udrensende aromaterapiolie er sammensat af nøje udvalgte æteriske olier.
Bruk
Aromaterapiolie må aldrig anvendes ufortyndet.Inhalation: Kom 2-3 dråber i en skål og hæld kogende vand over. Tag et håndklæde over hovedet og hold det ind over skålen. Inhalér dampene i ca. 5 minutter eller så længe det føles behageligt. Behandlingen kan foretages op til 3 gange dagligt.
